Returning to Ourselves: Play, Memory, and Reclaiming Identity
A FREE Community Healing Experience for Latinx, Hispanic, and Chicanx Individuals.
What happens when we spend years learning to hide parts of ourselves in order to belong?
Grounded in Indigenous relational worldviews, Liberation Psychology, decolonial healing practices, and Play Therapy, this experience is designed to create space for reflection, creativity, connection, and collective healing.
Through play, movement, expressive arts, storytelling, music, and cultural connection, participants are invited to reconnect with the parts of themselves that have always belonged.
